Carabelle Prep for Big Crossing (#88)

We left Apalachicola early to get to Carabelle for enough time to prepare for the next day. The morning was spectacular.

Laura walked the town and found the smallest Police station. The story is that the police station phone was outside a building. On bad weather days the police would have to go out and get wet to answer the phone. The phone company rep felt bad for the policemen and build a phone booth so they could take calls and not get wet.

Laura had lunch at the new mexican restaurant in town.

We had a great slip with easy acces for our departure the next morning early

We are ready to go!
