Leaving Europe from Dublin (#54)

Our hotel in Dublin was perfect for our two night needs.

Our hotel was just a short bus ride from the airport. On the way to our hotel, we walked the 9 minutes and then took the bus right to our hotel. We traveled at rush hour with all the locals, and we were definitely crammed in a standing room only bus. A young girl heard us talk and asked if we were Americans. We said we were from Texas and she said she dreamed of going to Texas and seeing the Cowboys.
Our hotel was also a bar with food for breakfast lunch and dinner. Laura spent time on our day between doing fun stuff like making sure we had utilities in our home when we get to Texas.

In the airport we passed many duty free shops. We didn't have the room so passed them all easily. We were able to do customs before we left using our Global Entry pass which worked quite well. When we got to the US, we could get off the plane easily as the same as a domestic flight.
Beaumont (Near Dublin)
Stay: 2 nights
Pros: Great location, Food at the hotel was good and closeby
Cons: Stairway up to our room, small
