We had a beautiful day of travel on a very crowded train of people heading to Munich for Octoberfest. There were no free seats.

The next day we walked to meet Daeland and friends for dinner. Our hotel was on the other end of the Munich English Gardens. We enjoyed the walk.

One early stop was the recommended Augustiner Brewhall Restaurant that the locals prefer. Originally it was a monastery and is the oldest brewery from 1817.
