We left 1/2 of our cruise in Budapest and had a quiet cruise to Vienna, Austria.

We had a full travel day to get to Vienna. We used the day to get caught up on planning for the next day and enjoyed the quiet and space of the 1/2 full ship while also missing our friends.

We took a walking tour with our new Program Directors to see Vienna. This is a city that we went to wwith our kids in 2009 on their first European trip. We had wonderful memories of walking around this city and reminiced as we walked around.

Laura had been back two times since 2009 and this is the first time she's seen this beautiful St. Stephen's Cathedral without the scaffolding.

We were able to catch a glimpse of the Lipizanner stallions in their stalls. They were on a rest day when we arrived.

We took the tour of the Belvedere Castle and museum for our short 4 hour excursion to get some walking time in.

We took a picture and had ice cream in from of the same location Grayce brought Laura when she was studying abroad in Vienna for 6 months.

We used Vienna as a catch up place to prepare for the next leg of the trip. We also started to meet the new passengers that would join us on the next leg of our journey to Amsterdam.
